Comprising cluster flats with a shared lounge, kitchen and dining area including a free-to-use washer/dryer in every kitchen and four, five, six and seven en-suite bedrooms per flat.

Mike Moran, Development Manager, Crosslane Student Developments, said: “Crosslane is pleased to have secured planning consent successfully for its new purpose-built student accommodation development on Harper Road, Coventry, following extensive engagement with the local planning authority on the design and a public consultation process with local residents.

“Following the recent successful planning application for its scheme at Friars Road in Coventry, Crosslane is looking forward to investing further in this fantastic student city and supporting the University’s growth ambitions as well as helping to ease the wider housing shortage, by building and managing high-quality, centrally located student accommodation.”

Completion of the scheme is due in time for the 2019/20 academic year.
