Standards of excellence within the Private Rented Sector were recently acknowledged at an evening event in London organized by the London Landlord Accreditation Scheme (LLAS) and the UK Landlord Accreditation Partnership (UKLAP).

The accreditation scheme for Londons residential landlord community recently celebrated the fact that it now comprises of 10,000 residential landlords as individual members.

Dave Princep, founder and Chair of LLAS and the UK LAP, reviewed the success and growth of the two organizations in his opening address to the 250 attendees at this glittering awards ceremony.
