Development of 61 later-living homes planned for Camberley

Pegasus has acquired a 1-acre parcel of land in Camberley, Surrey, where it will deliver 61 new apartments exclusively for the over 65s.

The new plans will transform the brownfield site, previously commercial buildings, into a selection of 61 beautifully designed one and two bedroom contemporary independent apartments with an expected build completion in Summer 2025.

Daniel Perfect, Group Land Director at Pegasus, said: “We are excited to have acquired this new site in Camberley, perfectly placed to enjoy quick access to the town centre. This latest acquisition represents our ambition to deliver much-needed high-quality homes for independent later living across the UK. Our passion is to create communities that enable and empower customers to live their fullest lives, regardless of age, surrounded by like-minded people.

“Our later living apartments allow residents to live on their own terms. This translates to an incredibly rich social life, a place to make new friends, pursue new hobbies, and use all communal facilities at your pleasure.”

To complement the luxury homes, customers have access to a shared lounge as well as landscaped gardens.

Construction is expected to commence in early 2024, with a show home opening in winter 2025, and properties available to reserve from that time.
