Commercial development is set to go ahead

A new £400m commercial development is set to go ahead after Miller Developments exercised its option to acquire almost 93 acres of prime development land at Dyce Drive, Aberdeen.

The proposed development is situated next to Aberdeen International Airport and has already had planning consent approved in November 2012 for a 1.4m sqft office, industrial and distribution space.

David Milloy, Joint Managing Director, Miller Developments, said: "This acquisition demonstrates our confidence in the market and Aberdeen in particular. As the economy in Aberdeen continues to thrive and with the welcome news that the AWPR is proceeding, we believe the site is the perfect location to create a brand new area for business, servicing the city and beyond."
