In January 2023, the average price of residential property for sale in Greece reached €2,273sqm, an increase of 13.1% compared to January 2022.
The average rental price in the country has soared over the past 12 months, reaching €8.85sqm in January, an increase of 21.7% compared to January 2022.
The asking price for property for sale was highest in the Aegean islands region, at €2,855sqm, while property for sale in the Thessaly region, at only €1,166sqm, was the lowest value in all of Greece.
