Cancellation Policy:
Once payment for a PIN annual subscription or a book purchase is undertaken,
we will normally despatch the product(s) to you within 5 working days. PIN
annual subscription orders will normally commence with the current monthly
issue being sent at the time of ordering. Cancellations and refunds of PIN
annual subscriptions will only be accepted if we are given notice in writing
no more than 14 days after receipt of the first issue being sent to purchasers.
Our standard policy is to provide a sample back copy to all potential purchasers
prior to purchase to ensure that the magazine is appropriate to their specific
needs. A cancellation fee of 15% of the annual PIN subscription will be charged
if a cancellation is effected. This cancellation charge covers our bank processing
and administrative costs. Any Books purchased on-line have a 7 day period
in which the may be cancelled, applicable from date of order, a refund will
be given (minus postage and administration costs). If said book has been received,
it must be returned and in a resaleable (i.e. as new) condition prior to a
refund being appropriated.
